Time For Reckoning

Its getting close. Only a couple of days until my inaugural surgery taking out my little gall bladder friend. I'm not really that nervous about the surgery itself, but the aftermath. It sounds like a good percentage of people especially young people recover completely normally and have no problems. Some people have a hard time eating fatty foods though, and although this will help in keeping my weight off I can't stand the thought of never eating mac and cheese or a good burger again. Only time will tell I guess.

In honor of this though we had a gall bladder going away party tonight at shake shack. I had a great double shack burger, cheese fries and a "Pie Oh My" frozen custard concrete. nothing like going out with a bang. I have pics up on my flickr. Photos here
